Terms & Conditions
Plain-language terms for using LifeDeck's AI-powered personal planning tools.
Effective date: September 8, 2026
A simple agreement for a clearer plan
LifeDeck helps turn goals, commitments, and changing circumstances into plans you can act on. These terms explain the responsibilities that come with using the service.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using LifeDeck, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to the LifeDeck website, application, and related planning features.
2. Eligibility and your account
You may use LifeDeck only if you can form a binding agreement where you live. If you use LifeDeck on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.
Keep your account details and password confidential, and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
3. Your plan inputs and content
You may provide goals, schedules, deadlines, notes, and other content so LifeDeck can help organize a plan. You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give LifeDeck permission to use that content only as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service for you.
Please provide information you have the right to share. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights.
4. Planning support, not professional advice
LifeDeck uses AI and your inputs to suggest goals, milestones, tasks, schedules, and adjustments. These suggestions are informational planning support only. You remain responsible for your choices, priorities, actions, and decisions.
LifeDeck is not a healthcare, therapy, legal, financial-advice, or emergency service. Do not rely on LifeDeck for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or emergency decisions. Seek qualified help or emergency assistance when you need it.
5. No guarantees
We aim to make plans practical and helpful, but LifeDeck cannot promise that a plan will be complete, accurate, suitable for your circumstances, available at every moment, or lead to a particular outcome. Review every recommendation and adapt it to your own situation.
6. Permitted and acceptable use
You may use LifeDeck for your own lawful personal planning. You may not misuse the service, including by:
- breaking the law or violating another person's rights;
- attempting to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access;
- interfering with, disrupting, reverse engineering, or overloading LifeDeck; or
- using LifeDeck to create, distribute, or support harmful, fraudulent, discriminatory, or deceptive material.
7. LifeDeck content and intellectual property
LifeDeck, its name, design, software, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, we keep all rights in LifeDeck. You may not copy, sell, license, or exploit the service or its content unless we give you written permission.
8. Third-party services
Some LifeDeck features may rely on third-party services, such as an authentication provider. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply when you use those services. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using LifeDeck at any time. We may suspend or end access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, used the service in a harmful way, or if suspension is needed to protect LifeDeck, its users, or others. Where reasonable, we will provide notice.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LifeDeck is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not exclude warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LifeDeck and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as LifeDeck evolves. If we make changes, we will post the updated version here and update the effective date. Your continued use of LifeDeck after an update means you accept the revised terms.
